I bring 13 years of experience to my work as a facilitator and trainer, working with non-profit organizations, and developing workshops and programs. 

Leveraging both my practical experience and educational background in Sociology, as well as a master's degree in Organizational Psychology, I collaborate with non-profit organizations and small to mid-size companies to facilitate organizational efficiency including change management, needs assessments, learning and development, and employee engagement.

My primary objective is to equip individuals, organizations, and teams with impactful tools and strategies that pave the way for the achievement of their goals.
